I’m Kelly Hopkins. I am a devoted reiki master and mental health therapist that fosters healing through unique holistic approaches. I am passionate about helping others, hearing their stories and music. It brings me so much joy to incorporate all of those things into this practice. Outside of spending time with my incredible husband and three kids, I love finding new music, going to concerts, dancing, swimming, running and being with friends. Reiki holds a special place in my heart because it helped me begin and enhance my healing journey towards self-love. Reiki taught me that even in the darkest moments, there is always a bright light on the other side. I specialize in working with adults with complex trauma and am currently working to obtain my independent license (LPC) . I hope to one day open my own private practice where I can integrate my trauma-informed care and mindfulness based practices with energy healing.
